To all the events, a cause can be ascribed, such as human error, mechanical failure, mental illness, etc. this is, of course, undeniably true. There is, however, more than one level operating for most events to take place. There are natural laws, such as gravity, centrifugal force, air currents, low and high pressure fields, etc at all times. There are the mechanical possibilities and the human input, error, experience, knowledge, and free will, etc. There is, according to many a Higher Power, that governs all events, the destination or fate involved in human activities. We are given the power to alter many events by the personal attributes and free will of individuals. Thus, we co-create our destinies with the Higher Power, as slavery has been abolished, for the most part.

A landslide threatens homes in Wyoming, similar to the land slide that killed 39 residents in Oso, Washington on March 22. This landslide, however, is moving slower, and evacuations on April 9th have removed the threat to human life. The landslide is the result of the heavy rains and the soil conditions, and while totally unusual, occurred according to the laws of physics and earth science. As in all natural laws, there is a opposite and equal reaction to any force. That is essentially what the oppositions and square aspects in the Grand Cross formation have established. No one can actually profit without someone else suffering a loss. Those who suffer loss are not without recourse, except in the absolute power of monarchs in the past. Monday April 21st – the same as the rest of the week. Things are moving behind the scenes. The Boston Marathon runs again. Traditions are honored, and family gatherings can create a needed atmosphere. It is good to have work as usual, and not get caught 'under the wheel' as it were. Earth Day can bring hope as well as painful awareness of the environmental issues we need to address as a global community.

Tuesday April 22nd - With the Grand Cross operating, the Earth Day opens on a somber note. Danger for the environment is everywhere. The four planets in the Cardinal signs are now in exact alignment. The configuration becomes less powerful in the coming days and weeks, although is still operating to some extent until the first week in May. With Jupiter in Cancer, moving ahead, and the Moon in Aquarius, there is a worldwide observance for Earth Day. This grass-roots even (pun intended) is a home-grown celebration, founded by the late Senator Gaylord Nelson, was first organized in 1970. Attending the Day's events, sometimes held at the Spring Equinox, as the Earth Day events in at UC Davis in the '70s. The events promote awareness of environmental or Green living - displaying products, alternative energy, such as solar and wind power, that are now being utilized as major energy sources. Non-renewable energy sources are being phased out and replaced with Green Energy sources, in order to reduce carbon-monoxide emissions and help save the ozone layers in the ionosphere, that protects us from harmful radiations.

Mars is moving retrograde and will be exactly opposed to Uranus in Aries, and square to the planets Jupiter in Cancer and Pluto in Capricorn on the 22nd. As for the Grand Cross, both of the tragic sea disasters, the MH370 flight and the ferry that carried students from S. Korea on an few days excursion, were under this signature. The consequences are enormous, and the search and rescue missions are extensive and long term. Conspiracy theories, which sprout for any phenomenon which has a mysterious are speculating that the plane HM370 was secretly landed on an air field in a British owned island that was leased to the US in 1940, and is used as a top Secret Base, Diego Garcia. I ran across the videos by Montagraph  on YouTube with PROOF! (taken with a huge grain of salt).

Contradictory claims, another  video (pressResetEarth) says that the time is hours off in the other claims, but Israel is likely to have master-minded it as they have an identical Boeing 777. Proof indeed! That video has enough illogic to discredit it entirely. Jupiter is the planet associated with luck and expansion. The expansion can bring increases in damage or suffering as well as in good luck.

The Flight MH370, was carrying individuals, couples and smaller groups, however, to a common destination. Many were aboard with hopes and plans for the future. Jupiter was opposed by Pluto, a planet often associated with large group ventures, impacting entire populations. In each case, the families and friends, the well wishers at home, were impacted, as well as governments and rescue personnel, so the broad affect of the incidents cannot be denied. Wednesday April 23rd – Mercury leaves Aries and enters Taurus today, bring more practical matters to the fore. Venus is approaching a trine with Saturn, helping to implement and perhaps some inspiring ideas can be put to use. Hope can be maintained only if there are meaningful strategies in place.

Thursday April 24th – As the Moon in Pisces today, forms a favorable aspect with Mercury and Sun in Taurus before transiting Neptune, some of the mystery may be cleared up, while deepening the loss for many.

Friday April 25th – The Moon moving through Pisces, trine to Jupiter and then transiting Venus and is also trine Saturn, shows that the pieces begin to fall into place. The closure the families of the MH370 flight passengers are finally able to see closure.

Saturday April 26th - as the Moon leaves Pisces today, to start a new cycle, in self-assured Aries, Mercury and the Sun join in Taurus and sextile to Neptune, more mystery is exposed to view.

Sunday April 27th – Pressure is abated, and ingenuity can provide the key to dilemmas. The Moon activates Uranus opposed to Aries, directing awareness and initiative to solving locked-in conflicts. Some people need to go insane in order to become sane. With the New Moon there will be a partial solar eclipse, although not visible to most of the earth's population. Strangely enough, its path is over the Indian Ocean, Indonesia and Australia.

Eclipse on April 29th – The first solar eclipse of 2014 .... This particular eclipse is rather unusual because the central axis of the Moon's antumbral shadow misses Earth entirely while the shadow edge grazes the planet.
